Making the complex simple
One of our favourite things about copywriting is the mental flexibility it often requires, and the challenge of deciphering complex, technical details in order to articulate them simply and clearly.
Dexda, for example, is transforming IT Service Management by using innovations in machine learning to monitor the data that flows through your enterprise, and our project with them involved three different types of writing.
Prior to their launch, we worked with their designers and web development teams to put together their web content. At the same time, we wrote in-depth technical product copy for their clients’ Chief Technology Officers, and the technical copy for their clients’ engineers and integration teams.
The third part of the project was to extract and present the product’s key features in a short, engaging script for the promotional video that Dexda still uses today, both online and at expos.
