Bigger, braver futures together: GrafikLanguage acquires brand agency, All is Flux

When GrafikLanguage was founded by wordsmith and novelist Kelly Smith three years ago, we had one thing in mind: to write brave new words. And since our launch, we’ve done just that (and quite a bit more!). As the years have gone by, we’ve established a brilliant roster of clients and we’ve grown our team.

We’ve also built solid partnerships with other agencies, at both local and global levels. From working closely with Borne and Further here in Norwich to Otherway in London and Beyond in San Francisco, our own ambitions have grown about what we can do for our clients. Enter All is Flux, a strategy, advertising and design studio, established in 2016 by the discerning, affable and surfer-haired content and brand strategist Aaron Fickling. All is Flux has done incredible and meaningful work in various industries from hospitality to healthcare, and for a vast roster of clients from Virgin Atlantic to Vodafone and Nike to NASA. They’ve proven deft hands at helping leverage the power of a brand. More recently, they’ve done that for us – so, here’s where it gets exciting…

GrafikLanguage and All is Flux have been working closely together to offer our respective and potential clients more and better services, and the relationship between our agencies was so symbiotic, the chemistry between our teams so dynamic, we decided it was time to join forces. We had already been marrying All is Flux’s strategic skills with our writing and editorial know-how for over a year; why not make it official?

A couple of months ago, while celebrating a successful pitch over a glass (or three) of wine, Kelly and Aaron decided the time was right to join forces. In a marriage of equals – and flipping the pesky rituals of patriarchy on its head – All is Flux will take on GrafikLanguage’s name and identity while bringing its distinctive and hard-earned experience in strategy, advertising and knowledge of Brand to complement our word wizardry.

For our existing clients, not much changes – you’ve already been getting the best of both agencies, but you’ll now have a new email address to reach your account manager. For new clients, you can find out just how much we can do by checking out our case studies. We’re particularly fond of #CityofStories, our recent work with Visit Norwich.

It’s a privilege to spend our days doing what we love most alongside talented people whose goals and dreams align with and complement our own.

Here’s to bigger, braver, world-building futures together.
